Wedding: Allison + JP | The Inn at Longshore, Westport, CT

First wedding of the year and we had sun!  Yes!  Allison and JP had a perfect wedding day at the Inn at Longshore and we were so thrilled to be there to document it for them.  It felt great to be out shooting again (not in snow!) and the Inn at Longshore has such cool grounds.  Allison & JP - Tim and I hope you guys had a blast on your honeymoon and hope you enjoy the preview!

Wedding: Leslie + Alex | The Westport Inn, Westport, CT

Tim and I had a great day with Leslie and Alex!  It was considerably warmer than the last time I saw them :), and we did most of the photos on one of my favorite Connecticut beaches.  Spring at the beach is perfect - perfectly empty!  The wedding itself was very quintessential New England (love!), from the navy and cream/pink color scheme to the quaint church and lawn games - we were so happy for these guys to start their life together with such a perfect day.

Sometimes people worry that a first look will take away from the moment when the bride comes down the aisle...I beg to differ :). I love the photos below - that moment is its own moment, nothing can take away from it.
