Wedding: Dawn & Joe

Dawn & Joe were married in Wappinger Falls a few weeks ago and held their reception at Christo's in Poughkeepsie. We had a tiny bit of rain but for the most part it held off and we were able to do fun outdoor portraits on the grounds of Christo's. The party was great and the dance floor was packed all night long - that makes the night fly by for me because I'm always laughing while shooting :).

Dawn & Joe - thank you so much for having Tim and I as part of your day. I had a great time shooting your engagement session and the wedding was no different! We hope you had a blast on your honeymoon - enjoy the preview!

The fall leaves were just starting to come out!


I really like this shot - it was right after Dawn walked down the aisle with her dad. Her dad stood behind them for a few moments before sitting down and every time I look at this picture, it just reminds me of how special moments like these are.
