Uplift Photography: West Point Wedding

Get ready everyone - this wedding is absolutely gorgeous! I shot Samantha and Brian's engagement session last summer and have been excited for their wedding since! Sammie is big on details and she pulled everything together in such a gorgeous way - think soft colors, with puffy flowers and burlap, and a quiet 'nest/home' theme running through everything. Really original and just beautiful. And The Garrison was the perfect backdrop (the new ceremony site is to die for - check out the view!). Add all this to the fact that Sammie and Brian have wonderful families, and you get a perfect day in every way :).

Hey everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful July 4th holiday! I have been waiting to post some of these photos - and I thought yesterday was the perfect day, but then, I re-thought it because July 4th is not really a day to spend on the internet! Its a day to spend with your family and friends...so, hopefully everyone is still in the spirit because Casey & Connor's wedding couldn't be a more perfect fit for this time of the year.

I just have to say that Tim and I had such a great time photographing this wedding - both Casey & Connor graduated from West Point the same weekend that they got married (they must have crashed hard on Tuesday!)! Their wedding party consisted of only their combined siblings and it was just a blast hanging out with all of them. We love photographing West Point families and that, combined with the reception at Falkirk Estates just made the day perfect. Wishing you guys (and your awesome families!) much love, happiness and safe travels in your life together - and thank you for all of your service to our country!
