Portrait: Kendra + 1

Happy Friday everyone! Today's post is one that I absolutely love. Some of my favorite shoots have been maternity sessions - so amazing to capture a time that goes so quickly (although it doesn't feel quick when you are in it!). I look back at my own photos all the time. Kendra was such a great sport - even in the cold (pretty much the only chilly day lately) - and really, there is not much more to say, I think the photos speak for themselves :). I'm in love with so many of these - doesn't she look amazing!? Love the combination of indoor and outdoor spaces - thanks for trusting me guys! So excited for the baby session to come!

Engagement: Joanna & Mike

Joanna suggested McLaughlin Vineyards as a potential location for their shoot and I really had to think long and hard about it before I said...uh, yes! I love vineyards and they always provide the perfect vibe for an engagement session - nice light, varied locations and after the shoot (or before!), you can grab a glass of wine :). Anyway, we had a great time and here are a few of my favorites!

Wedding: Melissa & CJ

So, Melissa & CJ - I didn't get to meet up with these guys until their engagement session, we had a great time and I was really looking forward to their wedding at the Grandview in Poughkeepsie. What I wasn't expecting was to have as much fun as we did! These guys are hilarious - we stopped on the grounds of Vassar College and their bridal party just went crazy. Such a good time - they were even up for stopping in the middle of the street fair for a few on-the-run type photos. Hope you guys had a great honeymoon - enjoy a few of my favorites!

Wedding: Kate & Dan

There is not much to say about this wedding that is not reflected in the photos - everything about the day was beautiful, full of love and homespun. To say that I loved all the details would be an understatement, so I've included a bunch of detail photos in this post for you to check out! Kate & Dan - Thank you for bringing me to Masschusetts for your wedding, I loved the farm and had a great time hanging out with you guys and your friends and family.
