I have been meaning to post these photos for a  little while now, and then today I realized that it was Nadia & Tom's 2-year wedding anniversary.  What could be a more perfect day to post photos of their new little baby girl?  Nadia was gorgeous and glowing when I shot her maternity session, and I'm sure their little girl will grow up to be just like mom :).  These guys are some of my favorites and I was so happy to photograph them again.  Happy sunny Monday everyone!  (and ps. if you are wondering, yes, mommy and baby are wearing the same flower headband!)

Perfect for a Friday post.  Gorgeous little Emma and her gorgeous mama.  And Rich too! We can't forget him!  Such a perfect little family.  I've taken so many photos of these two, but these photos were my most favorite of all -  you can see their engagement, the wedding, and now their little family.  Hope you guys are enjoying her and getting a (tiny) bit of sleep!

I love spending the morning meeting a new little guy, especially when he is the new little addition to one of my favorite couples, Kim & John.  So awesome being a part of the next chapter.   He is completely adorable, and, check out some of his expressions (pretty cute and pretty amazing for a week old!). Meet Gianna! I shot these photos when she was about a week old, a perfect time for a newborn session. I love to shoot newborns, even more so now that I am a parent - the few days after they are born is so fleeting, it is amazing to capture it. I know everyone says that (believe me, everyone that randomly talks to me in the grocery store tells me how fast they grow :), but, now I see that it is actually true). I look back at Soph's newborn photos all the time and can't believe how big she has gotten (or the fact that she says "noooo" and "yeah" and "yoooo").

Tim and I were really looking forward to meeting Gianna - her parents are friends of ours and we are just so happy and excited for them. Plus, we just shot Amelia's maternity session, so the excitement was building :). Sophie couldn't come to meet her just yet, but Gianna get ready! Soph is super excited to hang out and hug you (she is really friendly :)! Enjoy & Happy Monday!

Portrait: Amelia + 1

Snow day! Tons of snow here in CT. Over the weekend, Tim and I shot a maternity session for our friends Amelia & David. They got married a few years ago and are expecting their first child in a few days! Soph is pumped to have a new friend :). I love shooting outside in the winter (snow is a great natural reflector!) and I'm really excited about these shots of Amelia. She is a beautiful soon-to-be mom and I hope she loves these too. We even got David to get in on the action for a few shots. Enjoy!

I'll start with my absolute favorite - Tim's shot! This is a great example of shooting from different angles - creates similiar shots, but each has a different feel. My shot follows this one.
